have a minimum online order of $10. -Due
to the nature of our product line, all sales are final. -
Cancellations before shipping is acceptable only if no cutting has been
done. Once trim or ribbon cutting has been done for your order, there
can be no cancellations.
-Shipping charges are not added to your order until it is packed and we
have calculated the weight.
-For
orders in the USA we will ship First Class through the USPO in a padded
mailer or small box. Larger orders, or items that need more protection,
will be shipped using Priority Mail. Insurance will be required on all
orders over $50.
-International
Orders will be shipped through the USPO. Small orders can be shipped in
a padded mailer and sent First Class and larger orders will be
"Global Priority". Insurance is required on all shipments over
$50. PLEASE NOTE: Insurance will only provide coverage while the package
is within the control of the USPO. Once the package has reached the
country of delivery and is in the hands of customs, insurance no longer
applies. If the package is lost and it has been determined that it did
reach the country of delivery, then it will be your loss. Also, be aware
that sometimes customs agents can take a long time to process a package.
We have had shipments sitting in customs for weeks and even months
before being delivered.
